It’s always great to get a mention in the news. Thanks to Angela, we got front page coverage in the Plymouth Pilot for the discussion of Riverside Commons apartments in LaPaz. This subsection of the project will be called LaPaz Commons.

There was a ground breaking ceremony this past Spring. Now we have an actual start of the project as we have prepared the building pad and have made the sewer taps. We should be starting on the excavation for footing soon.

It has been great working with the LaPaz Town Council and Town Clerk. They are excited about the new development and excited to work with us. We really want to have a project that makes them proud.

I’ll need to talk to Angela about the headline. The story is about the new housing. You won’t be able to tell this is low income housing when it is completed and if it works like it did in Culver at The Paddocks, it will attract new residents which will include new students in the local schools.

The article talks about Easterday Construction Co., Inc., but this is a Sand Hill Farm development. Easterday Construction is filling the General Contractor role, the same as it was done in Culver for The Paddocks.
