We gave Jamie Fleury of the Pilot News a site tour last Tuesday and received a little press for the effort. She is in the middle of her own building project as she’s working on a Habitat for Humanity home for herself and her children. I shared some tips for her and answered a few construction questions regarding her new home construction.
This came after an update given to the Plymouth Common Council Tuesday night. Both Plymouth Common Council and LaPaz Town Council ask for updates on Riverside Commons Apartments as part of their Stellar update on their council agendas. This is one of several Stellar Projects under construction in Plymouth, though Riverside Commons apartments is ahead of the others at this time. Riverside Commons apartments is an IHCDA LIHTC scattered site project that is part of the OCRA Stellar Communities Program.
