It’s always nice to see our projects get a mention! Marshall County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) sent out their Development Perspective newsletter today. The Paddocks got its own article (See below) and the Sand Hill Farm Apartments were mentioned under the list of Culver accomplishments for 2018.
We should be looking at opening Sand Hill Farm Apartments in January. Construction of The Paddocks should begin next summer with completion in 2020. Both of these projects should be a great addition to the Culver, benefiting local businesses, schools and the community as a whole.
