The property that The Paddocks will be built on was re-designated as an Economic Revitalization Area at second Culver Town Council meeting last month. The property had been designated previously when Sand Hill Farm Apartments went before the Council for a tax abatement. This re-designation puts us in line for tax abatement for The Paddocks. This was discussed as part of the IHCDA LIHTC application last summer, so this is a formality moving the project forward. Financing for the project is contingent on the abatement.
